Kate Brewer, PT, MBA, RAC-CT

Is the owner and President of Rehab Resources. She has a Baccalaureate degree in Communication and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Marquette University as well has her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. Mrs. Brewer has been active in the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association. She has served on the state’s Practice Committee, Finance Committee, Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Delegation, District Chairperson and as the State Treasurer. Mrs. Brewer is also active nationally in the American Physical Therapy Association and is the Treasurer of the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy Section, and has served on the Finance Committee and Editorial Board for Gerinotes. She has held positions on the Nominating Committee, Government Affairs and Practice Committee for the Section on Health Policy and Administration. Mrs. Brewer has also enjoyed serving on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Chapter for the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mrs. Brewer has several articles published and presented nationally on various topics including rehabilitation management, documentation and coding of therapy services and strategies for denial management. She is the author of the book “Nursing and Therapy Documentation in Long Term Care – Skills for Collaboration and Compliance" with Theresa Lang” “The How To Manual for Rehab Appeals and Denials”, “Restorative Nursing Made Easy”, “The Essential Guide to Rehab Management” and “ICD-9 Coding for Therapy Professionals”. She is a member of the editorial advisory board for “Briefings on Outpatient Rehab Reimbursement and Regulations, Outpatient Physical Therapy Coding Alert, and Eli’s Rehab Report. Michelle Poole

Michelle Poole, OTR is an owner and Executive Vice President for Rehab Resources. She has been with Greenfield Rehab Agency since 1991. Mrs. Poole is a Mount Mary College graduate with a Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy. Michelle leads the human resources team in Rehab Resources. Put picture Here

 

Ginger Brath, OTR, MBA,

Ginger is the Administrator for Rehab Resources. She is responsible for the daily operations at Rehab Resources and directly supervises the Rehab Directors and therapy teams. Ginger’s vast knowledge of the rehabilitation field and her strong leadership skills ensure that all team members are fully supported in their roles.

Our purpose is to provide the latest evidence based treatment for our clients while functioning within State and Federal guidelines. Rehab Resources is focused on putting the child first and developing systems and processes to ensure that communication with families, educators and medical professionals is seamless and efficient. We pride ourselves on our expertise and gentle approach in the provision of therapy services.
